Session 1
DAY 1 | Colon Hydrotherapy
Your protocol begins by supporting one of the body's most important systems:
the gastrointestinal tract.
The large intestine (colon) plays a vital role in overall health.
It is responsible for water absorption, stool formation and houses approximately 70% of the body's immune tissue within the Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissue (GALT), making it an important
contributor to immune regulation and digestive health.
The colon is an important elimination pathway, working alongside the liver, kidneys, lungs and skin to support the body's natural detoxification processes by assisting in the removal of metabolic waste and inflammatory by-products.
While the liver and kidneys perform the body's primary detoxification functions, efficient bowel function is essential for healthy elimination, highlighting the
importance of regular bowel movements.
Research suggests colon hydrotherapy can be used as a supportive therapy to encourage bowel regularity and healthy elimination in appropriate individuals. Many clients report reductions in bloating, abdominal discomfort, feelings of heaviness and symptom associated with digestive inflammation following treatment.
Beginning with the digestive system establishes the foundation for the remainder of the protocol by promoting healthy gastrointestinal function before shifting focus toward circulation and nervous system
recovery.
Physiological Response
✓ Encourages healthy bowel motility
✓ Supports hydration of the colon
✓ Reduced abdominal bloating
✓ Supports digestive comfort
✓ Creates the foundation for improved gastrointestinal function
DAY 2 | Infrared Sauna & Float
Following your first colonic, your body is now prepared to shift its focus from digestion toward circulation and recovery.
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared wavelengths penetrate the skin and gently elevate core body temperature without requiring excessively high ambient temperatures. This stimulates blood vessel dilation, increasing circulation throughout the body.
Research has demonstrated that regular sauna bathing is associated with improvements in cardiovascular health, vascular function and reduced all-cause mortality, while heat exposure activates heat shock proteins involved in cellular protection and recovery.
Sweating is one of the body’s natural methods of thermoregulation and contributes to normal excretion of small amounts of minerals and metabolic by-products through the skin.
Physiological Response
✓ Increased circulation
✓ Muscle relaxation
✓ Activation of heat shock proteins
✓ Reduced physical tension
✓ Preparation for deeper relaxation
Float Therapy
Immediately following your sauna, your body is primed for one of the most restorative stages of the protocol.
Floating in approximately 500 kg of pharmaceutical-grade magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt) creates effortless buoyancy, removing pressure from joints, muscles and connective tissue while significantly reducing sensory input.
Scientific studies have shown that Floatation-REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy) reduces sympathetic nervous system activity (“fight or flight”) while increasing parasympathetic activity (“rest and digest”). Participants consistently demonstrate reductions in perceived stress, anxiety, muscular tension and improvements in mood and sleep quality.
This transition is particularly important because digestion, tissue repair, hormone regulation and immune function are all prioritised when the body is operating within a parasympathetic state.
Physiological Response
✓ Reduced cortisol and stress response
✓ Increased parasympathetic activity
✓ Improved sleep quality
✓ Decreased muscular tension
✓ Enhanced mental clarity
