When booking an appointment, we require a valid credit card to secure your appointment; no charges will be made, as it serves only to reserve your spot!

To ensure fair resource allocation and provide the best service, Colon Cleansing Centre enforces a minimum cancellation or rescheduling notice of 24 hours, accompanied by a $50 fee of the service cost for failure to meet this requirement. We send text appointment confirmations three days before your scheduled date and a reminder two hours prior to your appointment.

In the event of a no-show, a $50 fee will be applied.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please utilise the online link provided in the email or text message, 24 hours before the time of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel without 24 hours of notice, please contact us via email or phone: coloncleansingcentre@gmail.com or 0412 672 465.

Cancellations made through social media or other channels cannot be accepted.

This policy also extends to bookings secured with a gift voucher. Failure to arrive at your appointment or not providing the required notice may result in a forfeited or reduced-value voucher.

We want to assure you that while we maintain policies for efficient operations, we also understand emergencies happen. In genuine emergency cases, we may exercise discretion to waive or relax this policy.

Our appointment system is fully secure and encrypted through Square payment processing systems. We offer various payment options in-store, including debit, credit, and cash.

These are integral aspects of the process, and by the end of the treatment, your system will return to normal.
